• Video Production Agency Vendor Management: Managed and coordinated the production, review cycles and approvals of over 160 video recordings for the virtual event launch, ensuring readiness for online display purposes.

• Industry Marketing Field Owners Management: Effectively managed and coordinated 14 Internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the event agenda and content flow over a 3-day period.

• Managed the creative and digital execution of a pop-up interactive competition, promoting the All-Star Events in Cleveland 2022. The experience queued lighting and sounds with each user’s competition progression synced with our custom-built digital iPad application, capturing and tracking fan’s scores and shot clocks. Off-court experience included “How to Play” instructional videos and registration rules.

• Managed the ideation, creative execution, and digital build of websites to host interactive virtual events during the pandemic as an alternative to large scale live events for pharma and tech clients. The virtual events would run for 2-3 days non-stop covering all the global 30k-50k attendees, running pre-recorded and live videos hosted on Bizzabo, content stored and displayed through CMS on a virtual 3D booth replicating the live environment. Partnered with 3rd party vendors to include live chat support for the attendees and an interactive virtual photobooth opportunity to be displayed on a “social wall” using specific hashtags.
