I am a Customer Success Leader with experience in building, scaling and transforming Customer Success organisations at hyper-growth B2B SaaS companies. Over the past years I've helped many companies redefine Customer Success as being a founding CS member resulting in increased net revenue retention, long-term revenue growth and customer advocacy.

I have led Customer Success teams in US, EMEA and Nordics at companies like Hotelchamp, Foleon and Scrive and have supported customers of all sizes. Currently, I am the Head of Customer Success at Scrive, a leading E-sign and secure identification leader in Europe, where I lead Customer Success and Customer Success Excellence programs.
