Creative Director
• Developed the first-of-its-kind interactive reading personality quiz, Booksona, for Amazon Books and launched it with a highly successful social-first campaign, featuring TikTok/Instagram influencer collaborations and, paid and organic campaign content
• Creative Lead on Dockers 2021 Recognize campaign—a yearlong celebration of Black change-makers featuring documentary-style films, social-specific cutdowns, organic and paid social posts, Instagram Reels/Lives, web editorial features and original photography
• Ran multiple organic social accounts (Amazon Pets, Amazon Books and Dockers), seamlessly integrating influencer activations, campaign-specific creative, sourced UGC and evergreen content created in-house into one comprehensive social calendar
• Developed and implemented internal processes and regular meeting cadences on the Amazon Books account, resulting in reduced creative burnout, increased team morale and over-delivery on our SOW
• Autonomously managed multi-disciplinary teams across a variety of Amazon properties (most notably Amazon Pets and Amazon Books) and Dockers as agency of record
• Partnered with clients and internal teams (Client Services, Strategy, and Leadership) to develop creative briefs, social playbooks, wrap reports and SOWs

• Creative lead on Men’s Wearhouse, where I helped create a more diverse, inclusive face for the 45-year-old retail brand
• Created “Prom As You Are" social/digital campaign, and made real, BIPOC teens the face of the brand. The work included docu-style stories from real teens, including films, organic social content and digital executions. Delivered the right content for the right channels, as several different target audiences with were being hit with distinct messaging simultaneously (Teens vs Parents, Style vs Price)
• Created “Wed Your Way” integrated campaign, which brought the brand to celebrate Gay Pride for the first time ever. Featured a TV spot, social/digital executions, print, and in-store collateral
• Pitched, won and produced a 300-person influencer/press event to launch PUMA’s SS/2020 Women's Collections, complete with event programming, event design, product integration and content creation

• Executed PANDORA Jewelry's North American social content from concept to post-production. Partnered with influencers and publishers to develop strategic digital content
