• Implemented reporting and forecasting processes within the business so that MIT Tech Review could analyse how effectively their marketing strategy was working. This enabled them to save over £200k on poor performing marketing activities and then re-invest that budget into the channels performing well and new tests. This reduced their CPL by over 200%

• Analysed their Google Analytics data to pull out key data and insights on how well their landing pages, user journeys and core marketing channels were converting across their website. Produced a full data report on where and how improvements could be made to their marketing efforts. This allowed MIT Technology review to understand the key gaps in their marketing funnel and gave them a clear roadmap of when and where they needed to remove friction in their user journeys in order to delivered more growth.

• Revamped their Mailchimp email activity and cleaned their email lists to improve open rates by 50% and drive additional subscription growth. I supported on new email campaigns to drive better engagement and this led to more new business coming from emails as well as retention rates improving by 10%.

• Developed a growth strategy that enabled Mendi to discover the right audiences to target across paid media as well as the appropriate platforms, creatives, and user journeys to convert those audiences. Produced a full growth marketing strategy and roadmap which provided Mendi an effective way to grow their business through digital marketing tactics. I then supported them as they launched and tested these tactics, including optimising campaigns, developing copy and creative and reporting on key metrics.
