Responsible for all design and creative for entire company. Worked closely
with marketing department to meet needs for internal and external use including a complete brand refresh, creating exhibition collateral for annual trade shows, creating training videos, updating website and any an all branding/marketing needs.

Collaborated with Creative Director to evolve the brand direction of a skincare startup. Work included package, product and retail design as well as rebuilding a website, and assisting junior design with help on social and email assets.

Collaborate with Creative Directors to develop and execute ideas across multiple touchpoints (print, digital, social, experiential,etc.), oversee photo and video shoots, and assist in management of workflow while still working hands-on as a graphic designer to execute flawless assets for our clients.

Develop visual and brand concepts for clients in an all-hands-on-deck, purpose driven advertising agency. Collaborate with Creative and Design Directors on pitches to win new clients, as well as service existing clients by building world-class assets across both print and digital media.
