Amazon Listings Optimisation for Coastal Linen Supplies, Manchester
The objectives of this project were:
1. Analyse the data from the clients Amazon Seller Central account to identify any product listings that were receiving a lot of traffic but not converting well.
2. Analyse the product listings that were performing poorly and make recommendations on how to improve the listing to increase the conversion rate.
3. After approval, make the changes to the listing and monitor any changes.
Results:
After identifying a list of underperforming Amazon product listings I used a variety of tools to identify more suitable keywords to use in the Title, Bullet Points and Product Description to drive more targeted organic searches and change each section of the listing.
In addition I added a list of the most appropriate keywords to the 'back end' of each listing.
I also edited the bullet points and product description to be more persuasive and focus on the benefits of the product instead of just listing the product features.
Over several months the client saw an average increase in improvement of conversions of 10% to 15% which has resulted in a projected increase in income of £40K to £60 for this financial year.
