Anaemia of CKD & Me

This project was for patients with Anaemia of Chronic Kidney Disease that don't have enough resources to help them manage their condition. There was a real need in the community for materials that are easy for patients to understand and that offer support. These materials cover things like how to handle tests, deal with the daily challenges of the disease, and focus on the importance of mental health and overall well-being. I took the lead in developing website and social media content and seven patient guides, all written in a way that's easy for patients to understand and helpful.
