Nike Air Max Dn Snapchat AR Activation

Nike asked plai to help them launch a disruptive AR activation during Super Bowl week 2024 that elevated their content on the Sphere in Las Vegas - and we delivered! Utilising Apple Vision Pro eye and hand tracking, we relied on the camera's vision to recognise the Sphere from any angle, in any lighting condition, and automatically position a digital twin in its place. Then we created some David Copperfield-esque magic and made the Sphere "disappear". Featuring the re-introduced Nike Maxx alien character, the campaign helped build hype around the launch of the new Air Max Dn shoe, and truly connected with sneakerheads and sports fans on social media.
