Scope: Lead the operations & marketing for 7 years, with attendance growing from 1100 in 2017 to 6000 in 2024. Outcome: Recognised annually as a key event during the Notting Hill Carnival season as a premier cultural experience in the UK achieving a record increase in attendance over the years.
