Dessert Dining Experience x Häagen-Dazs new flavour launch created in collaboration with the famous pastry chef Pierre Hermè
Guests indulged in a sensorial 3-course dessert-tasting journey at a hidden venue in Covent Garden, savoring our two new flavors: Strawberry & Raspberry and Double Chocolate Ganache, crafted in collaboration with renowned pastry chef, Pierre Hermé. Beyond the delectable treats, couples were enchanted by our 'Love Map', guiding them to discover their own joie de vivre in romantic spots around the city. It was an immersive celebration of love, passion, and the magic of London.
MY ROLE
From the very start, I was deeply involved in crafting the vision that won us the opportunity to collaborate with Häagen-Dazs. I poured my heart into conceptualizing the 'Summer of Love' theme and designing the immersive 'Flavours of Love' event experience. Whether it was brainstorming customized interactive questions to pair with the chef's desserts or meticulously planning every visual detail, both online and at the live event, I was dedicated to creating something truly special. Additionally, I took charge of crafting compelling content to amplify our message and ensure it resonated with our audience.
On the ground, I worked closely with the venue staff, ensuring everything ran like clockwork and that the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Throughout it all, I had the invaluable support of our Creative Director, who stood by me every step of the way, offering guidance and encouragement. Together, we brought our shared vision to life, creating a magical experience that celebrated love and joy in the heart of London.
