Leading customer experience development for Unilever

Led the successful pitch for digital transformation programme of Unilever’s pioneer food retail brands, Knorr and Hellmann’s (£2m+ 1st phase). Working together with UX (user experience) and creative, developed vision, ‘The Cook in Everyone’ category platform, value ecosystem plus created end-to-end customer experience including new products, user experience principles, digital video. This led to winning the Knorr creative account overall, which was outside of the original pitch remit.
